Boasting a chic modern feel surrounded by a whimsical lush tropical paradise, the Loft
making an exquisite, elegant, ethereal venue for any type of celebration.
The Loft’s amenities and features include an attractive private entrance with an up-lighted
driveway and entry, a beautifully crafted 21 ft wooden bar with elegant glass shelving as a
backdrop, convenient parking and valet services, the capability for hanging plants and
décor, draping, projection, lighting, and more.


The Garden

Our garden area is surrounded by lush tree canopies that are perfect for hanging
flowers, lights, and outdoor décor, making it ideal for outdoor ceremonies or cocktails.
The garden has been uplifted with fresh grass, and newly planted tropical flowers and
shrubbery, creating an idyllic environment. The area can hold up to 150 guests for a
private outdoor ceremony.


Outdoor Terrace

Our breezy outdoor terrace makes for an appealing space that can be used for anything
from a cocktail hour, photobooth, outdoor lounge, or even smoking area.

Indoor Space

The Loft is a spacious blank canvas with over 3400 sq ft of contemporary minimalist space.
With clean lines, light filled rooms, and an open floor plan, you can transform the space into
anything imaginable. Custom, personalized, exceptional events are possible at The Loft. Our
indoor space can accommodate 250 guests for a cocktail-style event, and 150 guests for a
sit-down dinner..



Our Bridal Suite can be utilized not only by brides, but anyone that needs to freshen up
before their event at our venue. With comfortable seating, a large full body mirror, coffee
table, and clothes rack, the Suite allows for peaceful preparation. It is conveniently
connected to our outdoor garden space to allow brides to walk down the aisle seamlessly.
Located inside is our wooden bar that can accommodate up to four bartenders, with a
marvelous display of liquor upon sophisticated glass shelves. The Loft also has a fully
functional prep kitchen located near the bar where chefs and waiting staff may assemble
and prepare dishes ready to serve.
The venue includes two on-site bathrooms with full functionality that are always kept fresh
and clean for guests.


General Information


All vendors must present a Certificate of Insurance to operate at our venue. The
client or its contracted caterer/bartending service shall obtain an insurance
policy for the date of the event for no less than $2,000,000.00 of general liability
insurance, product liability, liquor liability insurance, and workers’ compensation


Valet parking is mandatory for any event held at the venue with over 50 guests.
The client will receive information on the venue’s approved Valet parking
vendor(s). Additionally, the client(s), with this agreement, is receiving a copy of
the Archdiocese of Miami’s permitted usage of Parking Areas surrounding the
venue. No deviations from this usage will be authorized.
